Furniture Victorian

I bought a set of living room sofa on June 2014, I paid about 18000$ by cash, when the commodities were delivered 3 pieces of them were broken, the coffee table missed one leg, two chair were completely damaged. it is about more than 6 months that I am calling them to ask for a return and requesting to change those damaged items, it is just wasting time and energy, they are not responsible about that and just offer me to find someone to repair them, I paid 18000$ for repaired sofa???? it was worse and disgusting experience that I have ever had, I don't suggest Victorian furniture company to anybody, if some of my friend, family or anybody who I know wants to buy any furniture I will suggest them to be aware to make any deal with this non responsible company, you are losing your money with too much stress for nothing.
