I am rejecting this response because:I 've written to you about this issue and you have not resolved this matter.

Business states that return  policy is specifically stated in the store and on the invoice she signed. We did indeed return her calls three times to address her concerns but were not able to establish contact. Initially, the concern was with the product but the story changed to size of the...

Review: The salesman did not say all sales final he was distracting us while filling out papers telling stories about his wife pointing out other things but never once went over their Final Sale policy. The delivery was 2 hours late. The product wasn't put together properly and when I called to ask them about fixing it he has no idea when they can fix it because they have a schedule to keep. The salesman was extremely rude on the phone saying it isn't his problem and they'll fix it whenever they have time.Desired Settlement: The quality of the product is not the same as the showroom and the fact that he never once said their policy and did everything he could to distract us while filling out paperwork.
