Furniture Store

Review: My husband placed an order with this furniture store for a computer table. We were told that it should arrive in 4 days and should be ready for pick up. I call two days later and was told to come in, guess what? its out of stock. I asked them how much time would it take to get it in stock and they had no time period. Therefore, I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else for my sons computer table, I didnt like anything else over their. They refused to refund my money, offered a store credit but it's no like I buy furniture every month where I could use that store credit. I never got my money back, so avoide these thugs. They use to have a location across from the current location, they closed that and relocated to this one.Desired Settlement: I have tried with consmer affairs but they were unable to help me. I would like my refund because hard earned money, they can do that. And if they dont settle this way, I do plan to take them to small claims court.
