Furniture Showcase

Review: To whom it may concern, On June 2, 2013, I pick up [redacted], I told her I was moving and my birthday was coming soon and I wanted new furniture. So she told me about this new store that had opened, Furniture Showcase. I had a couch and loveseat on hold at Weatherby’s, but Trina said let’s check out this store Furniture Showcase you might find it cheaper. So we rushed over because they closed at 6 pm. So we got there as they were closing, we asked are you closed, Ruben said yes, but come in. So we were there 2 hours picking out furniture, we looked at some sectionals, but I told them I didn’t like sectionals and that my new place, the living room is too small. I stated I want a couch and loveseat we found this beautiful choc. Sectional with really big pillows. I asked April can you put oan arm right here and make a couch and loveseat, she replied we can make it anyway you want. I replied really, I said to April you can put an arm right here and make this sectional into a couch and loveseat (April yes). I said okay, you know what I want, she was walking away, I got you.Desired Settlement: I want what I ask and paid for. That sectional should have been a couch and loveseat that’s what I want. This furniture is still in the plastic. It has never been opened.
