GalCan was hired in August of 2016, to complete a project at my home GalCan was well versed in the HDLC arena and began the project with little problems The project was set to end before the end of 2016; however, it didn'tAfter February or March 2017, GalCan really began dragging their feet and at one of our face-to-face meetings, GalCan offered to reimburse me some of the funds paid to them, due to their delays with finding workers, etc After July 2017, the keys were turned over and the project was supposed to be complete I immediately discovered defects (roof leak, toilet leak, sink leak, missing kick plate on dishwasher, ceiling water stains, due to roof leak, etc....) and make GalCan aware of these issuesAlthough they immediately came out to visually inspect the issue(s), as of today, 9/19/17, the issues remain (with the exception of the roof leak) I am my assistant have sent numerous emails to GalCan, to no avail The one time I did hear from GalCan, they offered
