We had a live possum (and one dead one) under our floorboardsWe conceded defeat and called Cavett'sIt was a Saturday at 1:I left a message, my call was returned in less than minutes, and MrCavett was at our house within minutesHe left with both possums, told us what to do about the unfortunate smell, and told us how to make sure that they didn't returnHe also charged less than expected for coming out on an emergency call on Saturday and efficiently helping us deal with a nasty problemWe are so very glad we called Cavett's! Squirrel had squeezed through opening in wire mesh by chimney cap, and had exited through chimney and boiler into basement Called Jared in the afternoon, and he arrived a few hours later Jared tried to catch squirrel, which escaped back up the boiler vent into chimney Jared then set several traps, and squirrel was caught the next morning Jared then came to remove the squirrel
Jared proceeded to fix wire mesh by chimney cap, and also screened gable vents to prevent critters from getting into the attic
