Review: We ordered a computer desk from this Furniture store in June. One month later they told us the desk in on back order. Two month later they told us they don't make this desk anymore. I asked for the refund since they can't deliver the product. They told me their policy is store credit only. I can understand this policy if I received a product and returned it for any reason. But since I never received it, and I don't need anything else from this store, I'm entitled to get my money back since the service was not delivered.Desired Settlement: I'd like the refund to be delivered to me personally.

Customer [redacted] was given a voucher from Salvation army. The customer who file the complaint was not in our system. By cross referencing the address [redacted] had come up in our system under [redacted].
Upon researching we found that she placed an order with us for four items. Three items from one company was ordered and delivered. The other company item #[redacted] computer desk was ordered but company informed secretary it was out of stock until September [redacted] 2013. The secretary informed customer that item was on back order and it will be arriving September [redacted]. Customer was given an option to wait or come in to change order. Customer choose to wait.
We called company to check on status of the item they informed us that item was not available and that is was discontinued. We called customer and informed her that this item was discontinued and she needs to come in the sto.re to order something else. Customer agreed but never came in to change her order. Due to the situation the money for the desk is returned to the Salvation Army in the amount of $284.00 minus the 20°/o discount that is $227.20. Voucher was $400.00 dollars and the balance was for furniture that was already received.
In conclusion customer is not untitled of any refund.
