The explanation that Furniture Medic wrote in response to cover themselves patently falseOnly 10% of the furniture was touched (if they say they did) miss matching color stainI was told that the furniture was going to be taken from the home, the very first day of the picture taking of the furniture, in front of the contractor that is there at my house presentlyTo allege that their technicians locked my home, is a farce, I called Mr*** and reported it to himHe told me, that when his team left my house, they had forgotten their camera, so they went back to retrieve and when they did, they left my house unlock, Mr*** confirmed that to me ne next dayHe had told me that he spoke to his team and that is what they had told himI find it irresponsible and unbelievable that he would state that I was incorrect in writing what I had experienced with my houseAgain, if my furniture was worked on, where I saw nothing but damaged wood, I am not satisfied and I do not want them to service my belongings anymoreI like truth and an acceptable finished productI do not wish to further this anymore
