I ordered two pieces of furniture for $in July Kept a copy of the order invoiceSite said product would be available in SeptI contacted the company in Septand was told it would be delayed until December Contacted them in Decand was told some time in January or waiting to hear from manufacturer any time nowThe site said JanI contacted them in Jan and the response was they were waiting to hear from the manufacturerIn SeptI was actually able to speak to someone on the phoneAll contact thereafter was via emailPhone is never answered and must leave a voicemailThey respond to voicemails via emailLong story short, I received a call from *** (CSR) on Janat 5:p.mEST) who said he was instructed to call me and tell me that they have decided they have had too many returns on this product and the manufacturer would not take them back so they were stuck with the furniture returnsBecause of this they have decided not to carry this product (Stein World Lawrence Credenza Robin's Egg Blue)and they cancelled my order from July I have spent months waiting for furniture that they apparently never intended to sell to me at the discounted priceAs of today the product is on their website as Available - In Stock for $879,and the product code SAVEwill not applyOrder total would be $(the original price before I got my discount back in July 2016)The message for applying the coupon code says "The cart does not contain products to which the coupon can be applied." Interesting that it applied when I ordered in July and now it won'tBottom line they did not honor my pricing on my order from July 2016, then THEY cancelled my order so if I want it I have to pay a higher price which matches many other furniture companies on the InternetI asked the reason they were not going to carry this product any longer and *** said it was "color" issues for the returnsHe said it was not as represented on the pictures yet they are carrying it on their website today (Stein World Lawrenceville Credenza Robin's Egg Blue)I asked *** for the manager's name and *** said his name was *** and gave me ***'s email addressI emailed *** two messages last night after the call from *** and received no response as of today
