Hi [redacted], This is responding to id [redacted] . on 10/25/16 [redacted] came to Furniture Interiors and special order 5pc dinette -From Acmes Mfg.totaling $568.31, they paid $169.62 for deposit to order, I ,[redacted] as store manager, help them to choose the dinette and place this order...

with Acmes Mfg., 3 days later Mfg. called to the store and let me know that, this table is a brand new model, and it is back order for couple months, and they want to know, that if I still want this order goes through, I told them to hold on for few more days until I contact with my customer,the next day I talked to [redacted] to let him know that the table is back order, if he wants to cancel it, I can refund deposit to him,however he insists that he can wait for it longer, and gave me ok to order it,I called mfg. and tell them to place my order and charge the deposit to store account, 2 weeks after the order,[redacted]and [redacted] came to the store to cancel table and want a deposit refund, I told [redacted], he has a chance to cancel it 2 weeks ago and get a refund, but he did not do so, I explained to him that when he gave me ok to order it, I told Mfg. to charge deposit to store account and it is non refundable,to cancel this order, store will loose $170 deposit,and to be fair for all party, the store will share half of the loss with [redacted] 50/50, Furniture Interiors will refund to [redacted]and [redacted] $85,if this solution is ok, please let me know. Thank you [redacted]
