In September 2018,I bought furniture from Furniture garage store in *** Mall under lease to purchase agreement.I have making monthly payments through my credit card on file with them.In July 2019,I changed my credit card so I tried to contact them to update my credit card information.
I have been trying for several days to contact the store but I have not been able to reach them by phone.I contacted *** mall and I found out that Furniture Garage has closed down their store in *** Mall.I looked on the web and lease purchase agreement for additional information but could not find any way to contact them.
I even called *** furniture store because it says on my receipt that the warehouse they used was *** furniture store.I have exhausted all my efforts to contact them.This is not a good business practice to be so difficult to reach.
