I am writing this letter regarding customer [redacted] ID# issue with her mattress cover and comfort The manufactor inform us that they will change cover color and top description that week, but keep the mattress same name INNOVATION by Imperial Mattress Production I didn't know the top mattress is not as soft as the floor until [redacted] come in complain about it I did call manufactor and tell them new mattress shipment too firm that customer complain, now they did fix the issue I have Two Option for customer: The first option I can replace the new same mattress but softer that Manufactor production already fix [redacted] need to come in to store lay on and test out before I exchange out The Second option is [redacted] can keep the same mattress with $dollar discount that I will mail to her for the inconvenient Our Goal is to make our customer happy and satisfied with their product There are one thing I just need to ask customer a favor that [redacted] Delete our Negative Review on YELP web Any question and issue please email me or call me [redacted] to resolve this complain Thank you,***

This wasn't my first choice of a resolutionit was necessary in order to get your attentioni called multiple times and texted after our conversation, you were hard to get a hold of and decided to ignore meso in relation to my response time, based on the complaint date, I work way too oftenif you must know my schedule is Monday-Thursday 11am-8pmon weekends my schedule is random depending on gigs that I havesometimes I work all weekend long with my vanI do have an Infiniti qthat I use weekdaysso my apologies for not getting to you sooneralso I had no choice but to schedule my maintenance appointment when I did based on Chevy's availabilityonce I found out what the problem was, I immediately took steps to fix the problemthe recommendation from the dealership was on point and my car ran better immediatelyChevy was correct and it's unfortunate that you fail to acknowledge that you are at the wrongnever receiving a complaint doesn't mean you're not at the wrongmany consumers don't even know who to turn to for help in a situation such as thisbut I guess you were due for a complaint
I believe that you should cover my out of warranty cost and I will gladly not pursue this any furtherI'd rather not go through a whole legal battle, but I will if I mustI already made the decision to never fill up at your station moving forwardplease do the right and responsible thing

I have some concerns about the way it was worded in my offerHow will they fix my bed or are they fixing it and sending me a new one? I don't want to be left without a bedAlso when am I suppose to go in and check the softness of the bed? And one more thing shouldn't the $be owed to me in the first placeIf you look at the picture of the price tag in the parenthesis under the price of $it says mattress only $and that's what I ordered the mattress onlyOn the receipt he charged me the $So technically the $wouldn't be for my inconvenience it's what's owed to me for an overcharge

Our E85 meets ASTM standards. ASTM standards for E85 on 06/**/2016 is a blend of 20% Gasoline to 80% ethanol. We sell about 600 gallons of E85 a day and have had no other complaints.

Please advise look over the price tag that the price Queen mattress only is $315 and King mattress only $395..[redacted] please let customer know asap and decide what they want to do, because I need to transfer mattress back  thanks

I have attached the files. They include the blue mattress, which was the one I had requested for purchase. The original price tag that was on the mattress. The cream color mattress is the one that was delivered and also the receipt. I think I forgot to mention after I called...

them Saturday morning that first [redacted] told me the floor model was 3 months old and that's why the mattress was soft and that mine would soften up. When I told him the one I ordered was blue he told me you got what you ordered. When I again said this was not what I ordered he yelled at me that it would do no good to argue I got what I ordered and that I can come to the store and look again. Only when I got to the store they had switched the tags with the mattress that came. I can't prove that though but my fiancée was with me when we picked it out. My other concern is that what he wrote on the invoice and what came were the same. But since I ordered it on Feb 26 and they didn't deliver it until March 3rd I can't even return it because the receipt says returns are only allowed within 3 days from date of purchase. How was I to know they delivered me what I did not want or pick. And [redacted] was standing there when I picked the blue one because I told him it was the exact same one that they had at Becks but was cheaper. Which was why I decided to buy it there instead of waiting.
