Worst customer service experience I've ever hadWe ordered a sectional sofa with a chaise, their understanding of left facing and right facing is wrong - they delivered the wrong sofaWe called right away and complained, they said that they would deliver the correct furniture in a few days timeWhen no delivery was made we talked to the owner and he pretty much blew up on usVery unprofessionalThe order form was not signed by the customer upon initial delivery due to it being the wrong order, when this was pointed out to the owner of the establishment, he said you can do whatever with that order, wipe your a [redacted] with itI would recommend not shopping here, they will purposely get your orders wrong, just to empty out their stock(Mom & pop furniture store makes money off screwing people over) I recommend going to the [redacted] in Tampa

This place is a SCAM....Everything is CHINA Made, and poor in quality.Just purchased a sectional on 05/10/when the driver came and installed, we found a cut (approximately inch) in the chasis sideHe took the picture , and next day when I called the lady(Victoria) she told that they can not replace or repair anythingshe asked me what else to expect for $, as if $is nothing to herSHE WAS VERY RUDE FROM BEGINNING AND HUNG UP ON ME HONESTLY this place should be shut down.it seems I purchased sofa from Thrift store

We called right away and complained, they said that they would deliver the correct furniture in a few days time. When no delivery was made we talked to the owner and he pretty much blew up on us. Very unprofessional. The order form was not signed by the customer upon initial delivery due to it being the wrong order, when this was pointed out to the owner of the establishment, he said you can do whatever with that order, wipe your a** with it. Very Shady Business. Please shop somewhere else,I will never give those crooks another dime. Unprofessional, You'll see what I mean once you deal with them! Buyer beware!!!
