Dear Revdex.com, We are sorry [redacted] feels this way We do our best to make customers feel comfortable and maybe [redacted] needed a little more help than he received As far as fabric treatment, [redacted] chair was treated and his warranty is for years There is a check here waiting for him if he truly feels "ripped off" come pick it up and we will apologize in person If [redacted] would have contacted us and expressed his concerns, I guaranteed, we could have made him more than satisfied Thanks,***
