What a terrible business plan and customer service. Will definitely be filing complaints with the BBB and anyone else who will listen.
The unfortunate part is that most people sign up for this TERRIBLE service in the furniture store, so they're not looking up reviews first.
NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY THEM HUNDREDS OF MORE MONEY TO COVER WHAT THEY ARE ALREADY SUPPOSED TO COVER UNDER MY CURRENT WARRANTY.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! KEEP IT BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO NEED IT TO PAY FOR ANY REPAIRS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN TO YOUR NEW FURNITURE.
Worst company ever. If there was a negative star rating I would give that to them. Milk spilled on my couch and stained leather. Filed claim and was told by the claim adjuster and her manager that the damage to the arm rest is considered manufacturer defect and denied my claim. It took a month and half to talk to a manager.
This company main objective to deny claims. Total ripoff and valuable lesson learned not to ever buy any protection plans
Reached out to the store where I bought the couch set and they took care of fixing the damage at their own expense.
