Review: I purchased a king size mattress set which I tested in the store, after I took delivery of the mattress I noticed immediately that the mattress felt different than in the store. It wasn't giving any support which is a problem for me because I have had a hip replacement on one side and due for another on the other side. I attempted to contact the store owner many times, when I finally reached him he said he would come to my home and check out the mattress on several occasions, which he hasn't done yet! I've tried to work with him on several options and he never follows through. Also I was informed from another store that the mattress they delivered was only worth 200.00 and he charged me 435.00 for what I thought I tested in the store, this is clearly not the same mattress I tested in the store. When you sit on this mattress it sinks all the way down...I am disable and on a fixed income and can't afford to be tricked like that.Desired Settlement: I would like to upgrade to a firmer mattress.
