Furnish 123

My husband and I purchased new sofas and a new king size mattress from Will at Furnish123 in November of 2017. We received the mattress end of November and it came damaged. I call the store and they replaced it however after 3 months the mattress started sinking so I tried to call the store but no answer so I left messages. After a month I got a hold of someone and they asked me to send pictures which I did on march 23 and on April 6th I received an email that a replacement is being ordered. Here we are mid May and I can't get a hold of anyone at the store and emails back most importantly no mattress
