After receiving the first complaint under *** Furlong INC, we reached out to *** *** to assure her that we would be willing to discuss her concernsWe have attached a document proving our attempt to contact *** in September We have not received a corresponding response from *** however, we are still looking to resolve the complaint immediatelyAn attachment with proof of damages and fees has been provided for your referenceThe tenant was charged for the following: Removing a couch left behind by the tenantThough the tenant does not claim responsibility for the couch, our company is not responsible for removing furniture after a tenant moves out. Garbage and belongings were left behind in the kitchen and outsideThe tenant was informed not to leave any garbage or belongings behind after moving outDamage to linoleum floors in the bedroomMissing baseboard from bedroomCleaning supplies and cleaning charges because the tenant did not show an attempt to clean the apartment before moving outMudding/painting holes due to the nails used to hang decoration throughout the apartmentWe look forward to your response and hope to resolve this complaint as soon as possiblePlease let us know if you have any questionsThank you, Furlong Properties
