Fur Falls Grooming

Review: I brought my dogs [redacted] and [redacted] to [redacted] the owner of Fur Falls Grooming for a groom on January 10 2015 after the grooming I had to take [redacted] to the Post Falls Animal Hospital because [redacted] has cut his pad in half and he ended up having staples placed in his pad in order to hold it together for proper healing. I took the information back to [redacted] the every next day and she said she was sorry and took the receipt and told me she would make a claim to her insurance. I have gone in multiple times and have called several times. She has told me to come in and she will take care of it and she had taken the days off, she has told me she is waiting for insurance. She has been dodging the whole issue. I have been really patient with her but the time has come to take matters into my own hands. Over all it has been from January 10, 2015 until March 17, 2015 a little over two months and nothing has been done to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the groom that was for $60.00, The hospital visit that was $106.75 and then the office visit to have the bandages changed and staples removed that was $27.00. This does not include the time, effort, and emotions that have gone into this situation.All in all a total of $193.75.

Review: My dog was severely cut under her leg and they didn't let me know. After I noticed it I called and the gal said she would cover the vet bill. Seeing it was not told to me up front my dog ended up needing surgery to clean out the cut and sew it. I brought the bill to the owner and she said she would submit it to her insurance. Since that happened over a month ago I can not get the owner to call me back. My dogs haircut was horrible... her left ear and tail had knots and there were random long hairs.Desired Settlement: Payment for the vet bills and refund for the cut.
