Mr*** money was refunded to them back on March 4, check number *** was issued to Mr*** and it cleared my bank on March 10, I terminated his contract because I don't take too kindly to people that call me a thief and a crook when we had a delay in the job due to weather
His $was refunded I thought of this contract as far as I'm concerned this matter is settled I am no longer further obligated to Mr***I refuse to do business with anyone who makes personal attacks on me

Ms [redacted]'s home is in poor condition and my warranty only covers my work performed. Not new damage. I'm not responsible for maintaining her home. I have already contacted her and have arranged a visit

assumption the job was finished. We have had a high volume of calls in the last 3 weeks and unfortunately his calls were not received by myself. I did in fact remove 3 squirrels from his home and all ls left is securing the eaves of his house. I had a technician prepared to do the work but Mr. [redacted] turned him away and wouldn't allow him to finish the job at that time. He wanted me to do it and unfortunately this time of the year my time is very limited as my services are in high demand. On  4/29 I did return [redacted]'s call when she initially called me in regards to the eagle eye bird deterrent not being effective. I said I would contact her during the week to discuss possible alternatives. Unfortunately I was unavailable the last week an and half due to family reasons. She...

only called me twice yesterday when I was still unavailable. If she really needed to reach me she could have reached me by text and or email she she did not attempt to do. I receive over 100 phone calls per day and it's hard this time of year to keep up. I'm still willing to work with her on this issue and find alternatives on addressing this problem. I think it was premature to file a complaint against. Or I'm willing to refund $250 because the cost of the Eagle Eye bird deterrent was $250 and that is non refundable.

We have been waiting for the visual deterrents as they were shipped today and should have it in on Monday. We will be out Monday afternoon to finish the service. As far as our phone number being disconnected we had problems with our phone company on receiving incoming calls within the last month. We...

A refund of $600 was sent on 10/20/2016 to the [redacted] after they had failed to cut a bush down so I can adequately repair their soffit. I now consider this complaint resolved and I am no longer obligated to them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
I have made many phone calls (20+) to this business since November 2015 in order to resolve their outstanding warranty on red squirrel removal at my home. I also have phone records to prove this, and have received no return phone calls from the business in response to my inquiries since Nov 2015. I have not gotten any updates until filing a complaint with Revdex.com, and then I heard back from the company through Revdex.com. To date, the business has not called me to explain anything. They did remove 2 red squirrels and clean debris, but their exclusion work did not meet their warranty because it did not prevent further red squirrels from entering, and they did not return to honor their warranty and trap all the squirrels. My spouse has since trapped 3 red squirrels entering the house. Therefore, I am happy to accept a refund of $600 from the $900 that was paid for squirrel removal and exclusion. I look forward to receiving this refund as soon as possible.

In response to this complaint, We
performed a service to remove squirrels that were living and breeding in his attic space for $450.00. We gave him the option to have the fascia board repaired that the squirrels that have damaged to
gain entry into home for and additional $1,000.00 with an 18...

month warranty on
the service. He declined to do that because of an issue with the price and just wanted us to remove the squirrels living in his house. I stated to him with trapping service alone there is no warranty on the service since I can't prevent another squirrel problem from reoccurring unless the repairs are done. Traps were set and I came out to check the traps and remove the squirrels that we captured for about a 2 week
period. A total of 5 squirrels were captured from Mr. [redacted]'s residence. I question the fact he is hearing noise because I stuffed the entry points with paper to help me monitor any further any further
activity. After 3 days the paper was still in the entry points indicating no
activity. As far as I'm concerned we performed the service as stated and he claims of
another squirrel problem because he hears noise. I'm not going to perform additional service because it
clearly states on the agreement "Any alterations and or deviations from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate." There is no warranty with this service and I made that perfectly clear to him at the start of this service since he
declined to have us do the repairs of the fascia. I find that this complaint has no merit because it seems he is looking to acquire free service from me. I will refund
him $75 because that is all I feel that is all he is entitled to. Yours truly, Jason Carter President of Operations

We apologize for the inconvenience and are working with Ms [redacted] to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, I was injured in a vehicle accident  yestrrday afternoon and was not able to get out to Me [redacted]'s home to address the problem. I was released from the hospital within the last hour. In learning about this complaint I will refund her money within the next 30 days.
