first found out this happened, I was extremely concerned. I spoke to our hostess manager [redacted] and she informed me that she dealt with it and "all was good". As I can see, "all was not good". Historically, I do not run a business like this; rest assured I will investigate this very closely and find out exactly what happened so this does not occur in the future. I have included my manager as well as the Host Manager on this email for there immediate reference. I will call you on your cell phone later this evening to discuss directly.
Today, I mailed 20 free coupons for admission into Fun Time Junction. I would also like to extend an invitation to you and your family to join us on October 25 for a Halloween Party from 6-9pm. We will have a DJ, a Halloween Parade, food, drinks, etc. Please be my personal guest at this event. Let me know if you are available.
Once again, I am so sorry for the incompetence of my staff and I. I take this matter very seriously and will work my hardest to right what is wrong at my facility.
