In December 2011 my father purchased a $200 gift certificate for me ([redacted]) from Funky Monkey Photography. I have called 6 times and emailed the company twice to redeem the gift certificate. My father has also called the company once & emailed once and [redacted] (owner of Funky Monkey Photography) has not returned our calls or emails and is basically unwilling to provide services or return our money. She sold us a gift certificate that she won't honor. She continues to sell these gift certificates and I and concerned about others falling into the same trap - she basically stole my father's money and might be doing the same to others.

I left voicemails on Oct 24, 2012, October 30, 2012, October 31, 2012, November 6, 2012, November 10, 2012, December 12, 2012

I emailed on 11/10/12 and 12/12/12. I have copies of the emails, gift certicate, payment made by credit card, and phone statements showing the outgoing phone calls.

I guess my next step would be to file suit against [redacted] and Funky Monkey Photography.
