This customer's request does not qualify for replacement Both the complaint reported to us and the supporting images provided by the customer depict absolutely no damage to the collectible figures themselves The customer is requesting replacements based on minor wear and tear to the packaging that houses the collectible figures We design our boxes to protect the collectibles inside, and are not able to replace un-damaged figures
