[redacted] submitted his short film to our festival for consideration. His film was rejected because it didn’t meet our artistic criteria for acceptance. He requested feedback. Through several lengthy phone conversations, we tried to help the new filmmaker and offered suggestions on changes he might make for reconsideration. He resubmitted his film. We waived the second submission fee of $30.00. His film was placed in a cue for reconsideration at our discretion. . When he was not happy with our reconsideration process he informed us that he wanted us to take his film out of consideration and remove his Email from our list.
