Review: I ordered a pair of rain boots and received them in a timely manner. However, when I tried them on, they were about 2 sizes larger than any other shoe I have ever tried on in that same size.I left several voicemail messages beginning the day after they were delivered (since receipt says claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods) at the contact phone number provided on the packing slip to request the required authorization number for a return, but there has been no response at all to my calls, emails or a form I submitted online at the [redacted] website.There is also a discrepancy between the receipt's price (printed on the packing slip it shows $30), but my PayPal account was charged $60.I online shop often and have never had this kind of trouble getting customer service. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this company. I want a complete refund for this product but the packing slip didn't include an address to mail returns--that space is blank.I need contact and resolution from this company.Desired Settlement: I need to know where to send product for a return and get an authorization number for the return. I want a refund of $60. Under the circumstances I shouldn't have to pay for shipping, either, since the customer service is non-existent and I have gone to too much trouble for a simple refund.
