The service charge agreement with Ms [redacted] for me to come out was $When I arrived she said that she needed toleave within a hour, she asked if I could be finished within an hour, I told her that I can try because I think I know what is wrong with itwhen I troubled shooted it appeared that the sensor was the problem, I took the sensor out and replace it with a new onein which became a difficult task because the furnace was to years oldI cleaned the furnace for her because it needed it and didn'nt charge her for cleaning the furnace Ms[redacted] called me three days later saying that it was doing theusy same thing,I told her I was very busy installing a boiler and would be much later in the week before I can get to her , she asked me if I could give her some of her money back so she can get someone else who can come right away so we agreed on giving her back$she came to my job site to pick up the money and I thought she was content with that because she is the one who suggested I give back some of the $Just a note, Ms [redacted] was rushing
