The service charge agreement with Ms. [redacted] for me to come out was $150. When I arrived she said that  she needed toleave within a hour, she asked if I could be finished within an hour, I told her that I can try because I think I know what is wrong with it. when I troubled shooted it...

appeared that the sensor was the problem, I took the sensor out and replace it with a new onein which became a difficult task because the furnace was 20 to 30 years old. I cleaned the furnace for her because it needed it and didn'nt charge her for cleaning the furnace.  Ms.[redacted] called me three days later saying that it was doing theusy same thing,I told her I was very busy installing a boiler and would be much later in the week before I can get to her , she asked me if I could give her some of her money back so she can get someone else who can come right away so we agreed on giving her back$75 she came to my job site to pick up the money and I thought she was content with that because she is the one who suggested I give back some of the $150. Just a note, Ms [redacted] was rushing
