Review: On 7/**/2013 I visited Funiture's [redacted] location and the sales person "[redacted]" provided a sales quote for a bedroom set. I declined the offer but as I left he was aggressive with his sales technique and advised me to put a $40 deposit down in order to "hold" the pricing. He stated that at anytime I could cancel and received a full refund of the deposit.
My order number is "[redacted]".
In the Fall of 2013, I called [redacted] (###-###-####) and asked for a refund. He instructed me to call the [redacted] office (###-###-####) and "no problem, just give them the order number and they'll send you a check". I then happened to be in the area that day and visited [redacted] in the [redacted] location. I asked if he could just apply it back to my credit card since I was there and he said no they would send a check.
For the past several months I continue call both locations and speak with both [redacted] and "[redacted]" (not sure if accurate spelling). Every time I speak to them they act surprised that I didn't get it and promise to take care of it ASAP. I never recieve it.
I do not believe they have any intention of providng me back the deposit. Please help.Desired Settlement: To receive the $40 desposit back in the form of a check. Sent to my home address.

We did send out a check for a refund on Feb [redacted]. I see that it has not cleared as of yet. I will issue another check and I will call the customer right now also.
