Review: I bought Item #[redacted] FunFreshFoods, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt Fine Crystals2 lbs, from LuckyVitamins.com for $9.99. I tried the product and it burns my tongue. I only tried it a couple of times but cannot stand the burn. [redacted] (FunFreshFoods) /I asked [redacted] about the procuring (how it was mined) process of this salt and they said they 'didn't know'. I told them I wanted a full refund and they said I had to pay shipping. They said they could help me but the wanted to defer the process to an emailThe 1) wanted my phone number, my full name but I told them I could call back (we don't pick up here). they 1) didn't give me their supervisor's full name 2) didn't want to give out his direct line.I called today March 11,2014 to get a full refund because I don't want to take further chances of exchange with this company and I was 1) hung up on 3 times 2) told they couldn't email me the cost of shipping but guessed around $2. 3) told me I had to pay shipping (probably $8.50).I asked them if they wanted further customers and they said 'No'. I asked them if they could email me the cost of shipping, they replied 'no'I'm stuck with 2 lbs of inedible salt.
