Review: Unsafe and mechanical issues of the bowling alleys. The alleys are sticky or to slippery for league bowlers. I have watched two bowlers fall on the lanes, and I have stuck during my approach and ended half way down the lane to keep from falling. I have requested that they come clean the alleys, and they send a person with a rag and spray bottle of alcohol to wipe down the approach area when it should be done with a proper approach mop, this didn't solve the problem. This has happened more than once. I asked the on duty manager for the owners number, and was given the number of a realty company. I have bowled there for over four years and have seen no improvements, we have bowled on lanes where the bowl returned jammed over 15 balls and the air machine never worked, they said they were waiting for parts. This was a whole season. The scorers don't work properly half the time, and I feel the need to let you know. They cater to many people during the day, but they need to maintain the approach area of the lanes for league bowling. There are special lane mops to clean the approach area, and I have never once seen them properly clean these lanes. Every bowling night is a panic attack for fear of slipping or sticking on the approach. I would like them to take a little pride in this establishment and make the approach safe for bowlers to have fun not worry about falling or sticking or slipping every time they get up to bowl. When I stuck and went forward down the lanes with the force of the bowling ball in my hand it jolted my shoulder and left me in discomfort for the evening, I had to end my game after 2 frames. Thank you for your timeDesired Settlement: I would like them to clean up the alleys after children's play and have them ready for league use. This includes cleaning of the settee area as well as the approach to the lanes, and ball return area.

Response:
In response to the complaint made on September 24th 2014. Some of the complaints made
about our facility were issues that we experiences under the previous management. However
in April 2014 [redacted] started as our new General Manager.
Among many improvements to the facility, the lane conditions and bowling area were
one of the top priorities. Our pinsetters are maintained daily under a strict maintenance
schedule and we no longer have issues ordering the necessary parts that are needed. The
settee area and approaches are also maintained daily following a schedule so we can assure
that the area is clean at all times, especially prior to league times. The settee area is mopped in
the morning and again if necessary 1 or more hours before the leagues come in. The
approaches are cleaned prior to league arrival 1 or more hours beforehand, using a buffer and
an approach cleaner, and/or alcohol depending on humidity conditions.
