I probably was skeptical like you at the beginning using a small company in FL for financial services. But so far, very happy with Fund&Grow. Anthony was very responsive every time. Their service is definitely worth the annual fee. I have a good credit profile and obtained around 100k within 3 weeks. Definitely helped my business to move forward providing fundings for projects.

The overall experience was an eye opener. John, worked with me and was upfront about what needed to happen with my existing credit debt in order to have better success. The initial financial investment has already paid for itself many times over. John was professional and made sure I understood what was going on at all times.
In my journey thus far as a business owner, I've learned lessons that have cost financially. Although the cost was minimal, it was a lesson non the less. I didn't want to make the same mistake twice so we performed a postmortem review. The long and short was about a 5k to 10k difference. It was evident that even with cash on hand, we still didn't have enough to close a transaction.
The lesson learned; we needed the ability to compliment cash on a as needed basis to conduct business. And to show, the company has a financial infrastructure. Working with John and F&G, my company now has an established financial infrastructure with lines of credit. Which I believe is extremely important for a business to be successful. I only wish I had known of John and F&G a year or so ago.
The experience was excellent. I learned how it's really done to establish business lines of credited and the value of a company like Fund & Grow. John was very Involved and attentive working to get the lines of credit. He would call to provide updates through each phase. I'm willing to bet it's one of the hardest jobs around!
Finally, and most important of all, the company is in a better situation to look for real estate investment opportunities and be more effective closing deals. And I believe the company is in a better position when conducting business with financial institutions on an as needed basis. John and F&G helped that happen. Results were as advertised. The business as a whole did good on the first round of funding thanks to John. I can't wait till Round 2.! Thanks John and F&G!
