At this time, I have been contacted directly by Functions Unlimited regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Review: We selected Functions Unlimited for a trip to Portugal leaving December **,2014 and send in our passport information along with the agreement policy and a 300.00 deposit and 500.00 to be sent by July [redacted]. Due to several e mail and various phone call we could not contact anyone at Functions Unlimited so we decided not to send in additional 500.00 . In all we were a group of 4 people so they received 1200.00 from us. Due to this we are trying to get our money back because we have lost interest in dealing with this travel agent but have had not contact with them.
