I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.Just wanted to point out that the $100 "gift certificate" that the store sent me is an "in store only" certificate - I cannot use it on their online store. The whole point of having my warranty items sent by mail to me was that I am too far from their office/store to do my warranty work on site. The store should do the right thing and make this certificate one of their email-able online gift certificates or else the Revdex.com needs to know that it is basically a non-usable certificate.Thank you again Revdex.com for helping with this dispute - I have not received the screen yet but will let you know if I do.
