Since this complaint, we have worked with the ***'s and made corrections to their roof and all the matters they claimed.They are very happy and satisfied with our services now and all complaints have been rectified

Good morning,First of all, I would like to apologize for my delay I have been out of state for the last two weeks and I am just now getting your email regarding Mr***'s complaints I would like to respond to each one;1- Our contract states (9) No existing leaks will be
covered A week after the roof was completed he contacted our office very angry, yelling and cursing that we did not fix his roof We then had a roofer and Richard, project manager that same day within hours to inspect, after inspection realizing that the leak was NOT coming from the roof, he admitted that he did have a previous leak, we did go ahead and repair for him at no extra cost- Plumbing jacks not replaced - It is standard for our roofers to replace all plumbing jacks, however, if that was not done we will gladly reimburse - Step Flashing on Chimney not replaced - Again, if that was not done, we will reimburse- No felt under the shingles on bay window - Our roofers put felt under all shingles, however, if it was not done in this area we will repair or reimburse.I did speak to Mr*** on several occasions, offering for our project manager and roofer to come out and inspect his complaints and repair if needed, however, he refused for Richard to come out We are a small company and operate as a General Contractor, therefore, We have only Richard who could meet with him.We would like to review pictures please and have the opportunity to schedule for someone to come out and inspect and if in fact the above repairs are needed, we will gladly do so.Thank you for the opportunity to respond and do what is necessary in good faith to fix this situation.Sincerely,Melissa A***
