Fun Quest Bowling Center

I called this company to use their facility for my husband's retirement celebration. I was forwarded to the Event Coordinator [redacted] (and this info is found on their website). [redacted] told me that they have a new conference room that fits 50-75 people, which I told her that I would love to use. She gave me a price of $25. I asked if I could bring in cake and she says that she would have to check with her boss. After getting the confirmation from her during that conversation that the room was available on my desired date, I proceeded to invite family and friends to the celebration. After not hearing from [redacted] for a few days regarding the cake, I called [redacted] back and she says that her boss was supposed to be calling me (which she had not done), so she contacted her boss, [redacted] and [redacted] called me. I was unable to speak to her at that moment (because I was in a meeting at work) but when I checked my voice mail, [redacted] says that I would have to pay up front for 13 lanes and the room is now $50/hour. I cannot believe that the amounts changed this drastically in a couple of days. I am certainly not prepared to pay this amount of money.
