[redacted] did purchase a 2006 Jayco Jayflight 30" travel trailer through Fun N Sun. Every used trailer goes through a pre-delivery inspection where we check all systems to make sure they are in working condition.  Fun N Sun gives a 30 day warranty from date of purchase.   During the...

inspection we noticed a few cosmetic items that needed replaced.  The following were: globe, cracked heater vents, awning had a small tear in the seam we agreed that we would purchase new awning material instead of having that one repaired.  I told [redacted] and her son both that I was not comfortable with the installation process but when they felt it needed replaced to let us know and we would order it.   Ms. [redacted]  contacted me the first part of June of 2016 demanding we fix issues on the trailer and that she had a warranty.The trailer that she purchased is a 2006 and had a 30 day warranty from date of purchase. After I was explaining this to her she was not happy and this is when she brought up the awning. I never told Ms. [redacted] that I would not take care of the awning material. I told her that the other problems were not under warranty.  I have received a threatening voice mailsl from her son Corey about what damages he was going to do if I didn't take care of the problems with the trailer. As of today, June 31, 2016 I have special ordered the awning material and I should have it within the next couple of weeks. Once I receive the awning material I will have it shipped to Ms. [redacted]s  residence. It will be up to Ms. [redacted] to have it installed by a qualified tech.
