Horrible customer service! Quoted one price and charged a completely different price! When we question the difference they were extremely rude & even raised their voice to my wife & spoke to her in a very disrespectful way!

During the entire process of working with the owner, [redacted], she was rude. She spoke in such an unprofessional manner and complained about how strict the [redacted] was about having the proper insurance on file. I would have switched to another vendor, but it was too close to my son's 3rd birthday party and I was certain I would not find anyone that was available.

On the date of the party, the bouncy house was set up at 10:00 am and was supposed to be taken down at 1:00 pm. At approximately 12:15 pm, while several 2-3 year olds were playing in the bouncy house, it deflated on them. They were frightened and screaming. Several parents had to rush over to hold the bouncy house up so that they could find the opening to get out. I called [redacted]'s company right away and naturally, I was very upset. Luckily, no children were hurt, but I was very upset that this happened and obviously didn't feel it was fair that I pay for the full time through 1:00 pm since it deflated. We were not able to get the bouncy house to re-inflate. It was very apparent that nothing had been unplugged. It was a malfunction on the company's part.

When I spoke with [redacted], she was very rude and kept saying, "Well, that can happen." She had a very indifferent, kept raising her voice, and hung up on me. When I tried calling back, she did not answer and I was forced to leave a voice mail. I reached her later that afternoon and she started the conversation off by raising her voice repeatedly and threatening to hang up on me again. She said she would have to find out from the man who set it up and took it down, what the cause seemed to be and would call me back. She didn't get back to me and I called her back several days later. She still did not have an answer for me. She then emailed me within a day or two and offered to credit my checking account $25.00 for missed time. She never credited my account. I emailed her just a few days ago and have not gotten any response.

[redacted]Buyer beware! She tries to make it enticing for you to pay with cash so that you don't pay taxes. Unfortunately, that is what we did and could not reverse the charges. She is an unethical, horrible business owner with no respect for her customers whatsoever. I would never do business with this company again nor recommend her to anyone.

I had contacted this company at the end of January because they had a mechanical bull. We had an upcoming rodeo in March and we needed a mechanical bull for the weekend. The owner said that she was available and they would be there. I had contacted her several times via email for confirmation, which I got. She signed a contract and we worked out a payback percentage for them to be at our event. They were supposed to show up on a Thursday for vendor load in and they did not show up. I figured they got hung up on something and they would be there bright and early Friday morning. I called the owner Friday morning to tell her no one came for load in and she told me that she would figure out what had gone wrong and she would call me back. A few hours later I had not heard from her so I called her again. She told me that she was in contact with the guys who were going to show up and they were going to call her back in 30 minutes, then she would call me. An hour or so later, I called her again and she would not answer my call. I called the emergency number that was left on the answering machine but it was a wrong number. I called the emergency number on the website and left an urgent message. I called the main number I don't know how many times and got no answer and no return call. At this point, our weekend event was getting ready to start and I had no other vendor I could go to with such short notice. I called her today because I wanted an explanation of why she quit returning my calls and I wanted to know why she wouldn't just tell me they could not make it if that were the case. She told me that she never heard any of my phone calls after I spoke with her the last time on Friday!!! Then she told me that the mechanical bull broke and that is why they did not come. I asked her why she would avoid my calls and not tell me what was going on. She said that she did not avoid my calls, her phone never rang from me. Right. I have a huge event going on, the vendor does not show up, and I would not call? And if that were the case, as a business owner, would you not call up the customer to let them know what was going on? Shady business this lady is running. Glad she did not get any money from us. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
