I stand by my original complaint I was waiting an absurd time while am "employee" refused to wait on anyone He seemed confused by even the most simple of tasks I do doubt that he can scratch anything This poor service so upset my son that he had no desire to play anything when the owner FINALLY decided to show The owner did call me only to try and threaten me with legal action because I complained about his poor service I told him to go right ahead - the truth is what it is We'll see if he has the guts - I doubt it because pleple like that rarely do but I would welcome his "legal action" All this place wants is every dime it can get from you and does not care one bit about actually providing fun for the children There are far better alternatives in the area and I would encourage anyone to use them Regards, [redacted]

On Sunday April 13th I was operating our Rock Wall attraction and was called over our 2-way radios to come to the front counter for assistance. I radioed back and said that I was operating a ride and would be in shortly.
As I approached the front counter there were several people in line and staff at each of our 3 POS stations assisting customers. [redacted], one of our managers on duty, was working with [redacted], one of our new staff members. [redacted], explained to me the Mr. [redacted], was upset and wanted to speak to someone about the poor customer service.
I asked Mr. [redacted] how I could help him. His response was that he and his son had been waiting in line for twenty minutes to play Miniature Golf. I apologized and asked what I could do for him. He said that “he questioned our staffs ability to scratch their own rear ends.” I said that I didn’t appreciate him insulting the staff and that we were doing everything we could to assist everyone. He then proceeded to insult how slow and incompetent our staff was. I asked him what I could do to help him and he said that he and his son just wanted to play Miniature Golf. I told him that I would let them play and not charge them. He then asked his son if he would like to play here or across the street at Dairy Queen. His son said that he would like to go to Dairy Queen. I again apologized and offered for them to play Miniature Golf for free again. He asked his son again and his son said he wanted to go to Dairy Queen. At that point Mr. [redacted] said that he felt I should pay for them to go play Miniature Golf at Dairy Queen. I told him that I would respectfully disagree with him on that. He then wanted the contact information of the owner, I took my business card out, handed it to him and told him that I was the owner. He told me that he would never step foot in this business again and that I was a terrible operator. I said that everyone else here seemed to be having a good time except for him and that we had been operating this business for 14 years so we must be doing something right. At this point he and his son left.
He never mentioned anything to me or our staff about “1400 in winnings” which I am assuming he means prize tickets that need redeemed.
I will not address the additional comments that he made about me personally as they do not warrant a response.

Review: My son, age 8 simply wanted me to buy him more time on their machines. The clerk, despite having prenty of time and us being at the front of the line refused to serve us and when we complained to the owner we were told tough and to "just leave" despite them owing us over 1400 in winnings. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Substantial refund of winnings
