Review: My wife placed a reservation a month ago, but called and canceled the reservation 3 weeks ago. The hotel failed to process the cancelation, and charged my bank account today taking all the money I had left until my next pay day. I have three children and this has left me with no way to feed them for 5 days. I called and was told there was no one present who could help me. This is highly unprofessional, I've never had this issue with any other hotel.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned to me immediately.

[redacted] called our facility to book a reservation for a check-in of August 22, 2013 and a check-out of August 25, 2013. [redacted]. [redacted] added a package to the room to included meals for their stay. [redacted]. [redacted] then called back to cancel the package, change the dates of the reservation to check-in on August 24, 2013 and check-out on August 25, 2013 and add tickets to [redacted]. On the day of arrival, we call all reservations that have not arrived after 8pm to confirm their reservation. We tried [redacted]. [redacted] three times but were unable to get in touch with her. I spoke with [redacted]. [redacted] a few days later; I apologized for the inconvenience, explained the situation and confirmed her telephone number and e-mail address. [redacted]. [redacted] has a confirmation number for the reservation and a confirmation number for the changed reservation. [redacted]. [redacted] does not have a cancellation number, she would have been provided a cancellation number when the call was made and she would have been e-mailed a cancellation number.
