Fulton Place Discount Parking Center

Review: After viewing the info on the company's web site, I choose to park in their facility. It clearly states that after paying the daily fee you get free 'in and out' priviledges. But when asking the attendant and calling the manager, I was told this was not the case. When I referenced the web site, they said it wasn't their web site but belongs to the old owners from 7 years ago. I find this bizzare and feel it is very misleading. They were not will to do anything at all.thanks for investigating so others won't be misled.Desired Settlement: It would be nice to receive the difference I paid between the daily rate and the in & out charges I paid... but again, would just like to see them take responsibility and quit misleading the public.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Fulton Place Discount Parking Center regarding complaint ID [redacted]. But if you review my complaint, I feel I got taken and only submitted this complaint to prevent it from happening to others. Putting false statements on a web site that has all the company's info.... and then the company claiming it's an "old website" is BS. They should be forced to change the info or take down the website. It just seems like it flagrant false advertising. Thanks to the Revdex.com for helping on this.

Review: This company advertises extensively (web, neon signs, billboards, persons holding signs) that it offers cruise parking for $12 per night.On Sunday, February 2nd, 2014, I was directed to the lot by a company employee carrying a large sign, advertising that rate.I entered the lot and was told the rate would be $20.00.I complained to an employee who gave his name as [redacted] assured me he would correct the problem the next morning.At that time, however, [redacted] acknowledged what he had promised, but now stated that the rate would be $20.00 - no explanation.When I asked to speak to [redacted]'s boss, [redacted] said he would not allow me to do that, nor would he provide the name or contact information for his boss.This is blatant false advertising, and if you search web reviews, you will find that this practice is not uncommon for this company.
