Review: Refusing to give me copy of my medical records, and refused to send copies to my insurance in order to get my crown done, I have ask then since January to the present time 4/**/15, I have gone there every two weeks and they say they have done it . The insurance company say they have not send them any thing.Desired Settlement: That they do their job, by sending my request to the insurance company so my teeth can be done .
