Fully Promoted Cincinnati / EmbroidMe

I ordered a personalized jacket and a pullover in December 2018 as part of a larger order with my employer. I was able to try on sample items to ensure a good fit; however, the items I received fit much smaller than the samples. I reached out to Luke with Fully Promoted who was kind and agreed to replace the items immediately in a larger size since supposedly the sizing on items can be marked incorrectly. It took much longer to receive the replacement items AND they were the same size as the original order; not the larger size as we had agreed. I again contacted Luke and requested a refund or immediate replacement of the items in the direct size. Luke agreed to replace the items once again and I was told they were in production on 4/22, and would be shipped ASAP. Since then, I emailed requesting an update on 5/6 and on 5/13, and have not received a response to either. I called Luke and left a voicemail on 5/15, still no response. Today is 5/20, and I’m beyond frustrated. I will continue to pursue a refund and beyond that, I will never purchase anything from Fully Promoted. I have all email correspondence to support my claims.
