When this customer originally made the complaint, I went out and looked at his wheels with him and told him that that is from scraping a cement curb. There is no way that my Car Wash Conveyor (let alone any Car Wash) can put scratches like that on any vehicle that goes thru the wash. There is...

plastic both on the inside and outside of the wheels. The Customer was shown inside the wash. There are the same kind of scratches on each of the wheels on the passenger side of the customers car and there is nothing touches the passenger side of the wheels. It's not my fault that he drives to close to the cement curbs. I will not pay anything for to repair his wheels.Walter Fuller, Jr.
