In response to the agreement for building repairs, this was a request made by the buyer to replace all the carbon monoxide detectors and the smoke detectors in the propertySeller replaced all detectors as agreed upon in the inspection resolutionIn replacing the detectors the Buyer found the type of detectors to be unacceptable and has since filed complaints surrounding thisThere was nothing listed for specific types of detectors to be replaced at the time the resolution was made so the seller did not fail to comply with the agreementAll repairs were done per the verbiage in the Inspection Resolution and we are happy to provide any necessary documentation for verification
