Many pieces were missing and some pieces did not belong to carCustomer insisted in attempted to reassemble carwe let her know that there would be no warranty on workTwo weeks after car was picked up customer came in with her father and he explained that customer had been driving car with over heating issueHe then takes car to Auto Zone for diagnosticwe agreed to look at at car and despite having no warranty, we agreed to replace thermostat Customer was also informed due to overheating head gasket could be damaged Customer became hostile and violentWe explained and reminded her of our agreement Customer was advised not to fix car but she went forward and agree to the repair on carWe spent countless hours at junk yards looking for missing part because she could not afford to replace missing part with new replacementsThere is no warranty as stated and signed by customer
