We would like to caution you before you purchase a home from Full Spectrum Homes and its owner [redacted]. We have been in our home almost 2 years and have found this company to be extremely unresponsive to issues we have had since moving in. Our neighborhood is small with only 37 homes and he and is father in law built most of them. Many of our neighbors have had similar problems. Our biggest issue is our driveway. It is rapidly deteriorating with many holes and pick marks, some all the way to the dirt underneath. This was reported to them at our 1year inspection as we had our inspection done by a professional inspection firm. Full Spectrum has not even bothered to look at it, instead telling me to contact the contractor who poured it. After many calls one guy came out and told me he would follow up with the cement provider, [redacted], and since then has not returned any calls and has left me to figure out what to do. It seems the only resolution for me at this point is to take them to court. My driveway will not last for 10 years let alone 25 as a minimum you would normally expect.
