I placed an ad for help with my Volvo Cthat needed a new engine and *** from full tire and auto contacted me stating he could come get it and have a motor put in and I would have it back within days....here we are almost a year later, and after many attempts to call for info and updates, he would never come to the phone or return my calls...I let him know that I had no car and he kept giving me the run around, and I even went into the shop and he was always there, but never gave me a straight answer on when it would be finished...he promised to let me know what else was needed so I could get it back on the road immed...I have the receipt stating when it would be done and how much, and he is now telling me a higher price than originally stated...I was told that by his secretary that she cannot guarantee that he will ever return my call about this issue...bad customer service, he is ripping people off and should be shut down..I have read several complaints and reviews about him and I
