Full Circle Systems

I hired [redacted] at Full Circle to build a website in DEC 2014 with anticipated completion of FEB 2015. Paid $1500 up front. By March 2015 she stopped returning phone calls or responding to emails. Full Circle was sent letter with return receipt- which was returned as failed to pick up. We reestablished contact. A partially finished, but not functional site was eventually put up. In June she agreed to a refund.
