Review: We had Full Circle Hardwood Floors refinish our wood floors. The day that they sanded and refinished the threshold where the French doors where the door got broke. You could not open or close it. It worked fine that morning when we let our dog in and out of it. That night when we got home and tried to use it it would not open or close. All you could do is just wiggle the door handle. I told Adam that day and he said he would do whatever it took to make it right. Once I ordered the new part and replaced it I called him and let him know that it was $242.50 and he said he put the check in the mail that day. I still have not received it and he will not answer my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the replacement of the door mechanism that I had to purchase and install. The owner, [redacted], said he would reimburse me. He told me over a week ago he put the check in the mail but I have never received it. Now he will not answer my calls to find out if he really did send it or not.
