I placed an order on Oct22, and as of this date (Nov 4, 2014) I have not received my order! I have made numerous calanswer, I have emailed - no answer and you can't even chat with a live online agentThis is poor customer service and this appears to be a scam/rip off! I have yet to receive my product or speak to a customer representativeThey falsely advertise 2-business days of shipment!

Horrible company. Its a scam...if you click on site they hack into you [redacted] account and before you know that and order from them you never get the product that you paid for. So upsetting. This is fraud. I cant get ahold of anyone calling their number and they sent me a crazy email with errors after saying my order has been shipped. And I emailed asking for better customer service so I could recommend them to others...but never heard from them again!

Customer placed order for a product that we no longer carry, we sent two notification emails to the customer with no response. We refunded $99.85 to his Visa card for the out of stock products, and have since shipped him his complete order plus, 2 extra bottles of supplements to express our...

I ordered products from this company on December 3rd 2014 and have still not received my products or any correspondence from the company about a reason for the delay. My account was debited the very next day. Where are my products?????
